This approval will benefit the casino going forward as it will bring in more foot traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8 News NOW Las Vegas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"position:relative;height:0;padding-bottom:56.25%\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-QNHbiSMBKE?rel=0&amp;showinfo=0?ecver=2\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"position:absolute;width:100%;height:100%;left:0\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div>&nbsp;\n\n\n\n<p>Elon Musk\u2019s tunnel project works by carrying passengers in Tesla Model X and Model 3 cars\u2014as well as an altered Model 3 model that can carry up to 16 people\u2014through an underground tunnel that promises to transport customers from Resorts World Las Vegas to the LVCC venue in just two minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Construction to Begin Before 2021<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Resorts World has stated that they plan on initiating their construction plans for the tunnel before the end of 2020. The firm also said that more details on the tunnel will be revealed in the upcoming comings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lvloop.com\">LVCC Loop<\/a> is the first phase of Musk\u2019s underground transportation project, via his venture The Boring Company. Two tunnels have already been completed in May 2020, which will connect the LVCC exhibition hall with other buildings in the campus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The LVCC Loop is expected to connect with a Loop that serves the larger Las Vegas area, with stops planned at Strip casinos, the McCarran International Airport, Allegiant Stadium, and downtown Las Vegas. The Loop is also planned to connect with Los Angeles in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The President of Resorts World Las Vegas, <strong>Scott Sibella<\/strong> released a statement and said that approval from the CCC will help them proceed with their tunnel plans immediately. Sibella said that one of their priorities is to ensure that their players are offered the most convenient solutions regarding transportation to and from their venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resorts World on Track to Open by Summer 2021<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Resorts World Las Vegas is currently on schedule to open by the summer of 2021.
